Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
ACS for Human Development (“ACS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.
What Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you provide.
When you apply for a position through our job-seeker flow (powered by Tally.so), we collect your name, email, phone number, and any CV or resume file you upload.
We do not collect payment data, create user accounts, or store passwords.
Why We Collect It
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a potential business engagement, or schedule a consultation.
Job application data — including uploaded CVs — is used exclusively for recruitment matching: identifying suitable open roles, forwarding your profile to relevant client employers, and following up on your application.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Processors
Your data is processed by a small number of trusted service providers:
- Tally.so — our embedded form and CV-upload provider. Tally processes form submissions and file uploads on our behalf. See Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy.
- Cloudflare Pages — our website host. Cloudflare may process request metadata (IP addresses, user-agent strings) for security and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Zoho Mail — used to receive and manage email enquiries. Email content is stored within Zoho's systems. See Zoho's privacy policy at zoho.com/privacy.html.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use analytics pixels, advertising trackers, or first-party analytics tools. We do not set cookies beyond what Cloudflare's infrastructure may set for security purposes (e.g. bot-detection challenges). We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party trackers.
Data Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, typically no longer than 24 months.
CV and application data is retained for the duration of the active recruitment engagement and for up to 12 months thereafter, in case a suitable role arises. You may request deletion at any time.
Cross-Border Transfers
ACS for Human Development serves clients across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), Africa, the Levant, Asia, and Europe. When we forward your profile to a client employer in another country, your personal data may be transferred internationally. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are handled with appropriate protections consistent with Egyptian law and applicable regional regulations.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time; and object to our processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@acs-humandev.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Legal Basis
ACS for Human Development is headquartered in Egypt. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors and data subjects located in the European Union.
The legal basis for processing your contact and application data is your consent (provided when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in conducting our recruitment and HR services business.
