What you'll do
- Own safety, quality, output and cost for the whole site
- Lead production, maintenance, quality and warehousing managers
- Deliver the annual efficiency and scrap reduction plan
- Represent the site with the labour office and local authorities
What we're looking for
- 15+ years in manufacturing with 5 running a plant or a large area
- Engineering degree and lean or six sigma credentials
- Proven record improving OEE in a heavy industrial setting
- Fluent Arabic and English
