What you'll do
- Own the OEE of two assembly lines
- Lead root cause analysis on quality and downtime events
- Run continuous improvement projects with the shift teams
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years in a production or process engineering role
- Mechanical or industrial engineering degree
- Practical lean manufacturing experience, not just training
- Good English
