What you'll do
- Own the revenue and gross margin plan for two markets
- Lead four regional managers and an indirect team of 90
- Negotiate annual terms with modern trade key accounts
- Build the route-to-market plan for underserved governorates
What we're looking for
- 15+ years in FMCG sales with 5 at national or regional level
- Proven modern trade and distributor management experience
- Comfortable with trade spend analytics and P&L ownership
- Fluent Arabic and English
