What you'll do
- Own 12–15 live requisitions end to end
- Build direct sourcing pipelines rather than relying on agencies
- Keep time-to-offer under 30 days and report weekly on funnel health
What we're looking for
- 4–7 years recruiting, in-house or agency
- Confident sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Experience hiring technical roles
- Excellent English
