What you'll do
- Supervise a shift team of 25 pickers, drivers and checkers
- Hit daily dispatch accuracy and on-time loading targets
- Run cycle counts and keep stock accuracy above 99%
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in warehousing, at least 2 supervising a team
- Confident on a WMS and forklift safety rules
- Willing to rotate across day and night shifts
- Basic English
